Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
